Tech4Impact Curriculum Development Workshop – Turning Skills Gaps into Learning Solutions! Today, the Tech4Impact consortium came together for an interactive Curriculum Development Workshop, marking an important step towards the design of the project’s new learning and training framework. Building on the results of the D2.1 Skills Landscape Analysis and the D2.2 Needs Assessment Report, partners worked collaboratively to translate the identified skills gaps into concrete learning priorities, curriculum components and educational pathways for technical students in Higher Education and VET. Using a collaborative Miro workspace, partners exchanged ideas, discussed priorities and co-designed the foundations of a curriculum that will bridge the gap between technical expertise and social entrepreneurship. The workshop focused on how future Tech4Impact learning activities can strengthen four interconnected areas: 🔹 Technical Application for Social Good 🔹 Entrepreneurial & Business Literacy 🔹 Social Innovation & Impact Awareness 🔹 Transversal & Soft Skills The collaborative workshop is an important part of WP3 – Curriculum and Training / Mentorship Programmes Development, ensuring that the future curriculum is not designed in isolation, but is directly informed by the evidence collected across the Tech4Impact partner countries and by the expertise of the entire consortium. Our ambition is clear: to equip technical learners not only with the ability to develop technology, but also with the entrepreneurial, social and transversal skills needed to turn technology into sustainable solutions with real social impact. From skills gaps → learning outcomes → curriculum → social impact.
